To The public. The journeymen printers of the city of Dublin, having, for a long time, suffered thro' want of employment, and being encouraged to assemble together by several of the masters, who complained that the booksellers entering into the trade, and taking an unreasonable number of apprentices, was the sole cause of their misfortunes.- In order to put a stop to the grievances they laboured under, they attended to the advice of the said masters, and came to some resolutions, which, upon mature deliberation, were found to answer only the private interest of those who encouraged them
